Gregg Fishman

President, Owner

With 37 years of experience in the flooring industry, including 31 years with two of the industry’s largest manufacturers, Shaw and Mohawk. Gregg brings a deep understanding of flooring, sales, and, most importantly, people.

Throughout his career in retail, builder, and multifamily sales management, Gregg learned that success isn’t simply about selling a product, it’s about earning someone’s trust and creating an experience they’ll remember.

As one of the owners of Carpets Galore Flooring, Gregg has built the company around a simple philosophy: serve the customer first. That means offering exceptional value, competitive pricing, honest guidance, and a level of personal service that makes every customer feel like they matter ….because they do.

Gregg genuinely enjoys being part of the sales process. You’ll often find him on the sales floor, talking with customers, helping them make the right flooring decision, and turning first time shoppers into friends and, ultimately, lifelong Carpets Galore Flooring customers.

For Gregg, the greatest measure of success isn’t the sale, it’s when a customer walks away knowing they were taken care of, treated honestly, and received the very best value possible.

Gregg also serves on the Board of Directors of the World Floorcovering Association, continuing his commitment to the flooring industry and the people who make it great.

Alex Lentz

Owner

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Alex Lentz has been part of Carpets Galore for nearly his entire life. His mother, Marilyn Rozak, started the family business, and some of Alex’s earliest memories are of going to work with her, running around the showroom, and climbing on carpet rolls long before he was old enough to officially be on the payroll.

Alex began working at Carpets Galore around the age of 15 and, over the years, learned the business from the ground up. He has worked in nearly every role in the company, giving him a firsthand understanding of every part of the customer experience and what it takes to keep a family business growing.

His flooring education has extended beyond the showroom as well. Alex attended Mohawk University for flooring and sales training and has been attending Shaw conventions since he was a child, giving him a lifetime of exposure to the products, people, and changes within the flooring industry.

Now an owner of Carpets Galore, Alex is proud to continue the company’s legacy while helping move it into its next generation. Having grown up alongside a constantly changing and expanding Las Vegas, he values the relationships he has built throughout the community and especially enjoys meeting new people and helping customers find the right flooring for their homes.

Outside of Carpets Galore, Alex is a husband and father, an avid Vegas Golden Knights fan, and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and fishing. He is proud to help carry Carpets Galore into its next generation while continuing the relationships, reputation, and commitment to customers that have made the company a trusted part of the Las Vegas community for decades.
